Ethanol Definition
The Ethanol Plant produces 17,000,000 Gallons of ethanol a year using mostly locally grown corn and milo. Wet byproduct is fed to the cattle on site.
The ethanol is sold to blend with gasoline.
The Reeve family have been in the ethanol business since 1982.
Grain is Delivered to the Plant
It is then ground into a fine powder and blended with water and cooked to break the starch down to sugar.
The Ethanol is then available for gasoline blending.
